Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Mill Environmental Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling collection routes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
