Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Banking Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling account openings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
