Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Field Press and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around press runs clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
