Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Pine Financial is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Explain our services around loan applications clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling loan applications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
