Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Loom Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Kansas City region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
