Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
