Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Quarry Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Jacksonville with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
