Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Vista Staffing is a Jacksonville staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
