Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge West Freight and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
