Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Jackson. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around billing disputes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
