Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Jackson, MS)

Fernwood Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jackson area, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
