Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing is a Indianapolis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around tooling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling tooling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
