Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Indianapolis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around equipment calibration clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
