Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Umber Foods produces packaged foods at its Indianapolis plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around allergen controls clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling allergen controls. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
