Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Fern Freight is a Indianapolis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
