Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Mill Freight Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling carrier rates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
