Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Houston, TX)

Lumen North Construction is a Houston contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling permits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
