Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Houston, TX)

Nova Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Houston, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around fleet maintenance clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
