Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Houston, TX)

Lumen Oak Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Houston area, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
