Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vale Press and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Explain our services around bindery work clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling bindery work. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
