Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
