Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Energy and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around hardship programmes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
