Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Haven Auto Group is a Honolulu company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around service appointments clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
