Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 643 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
