Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vale Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
