Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Summit North Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
