Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
