Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Grand Rapids, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around fraud alerts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling fraud alerts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
