Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Fresno region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
