Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Hollow Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Fresno. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
