Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Harbor Arts Center is an arts centre in Fresno with a full calendar of events, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around school partnerships clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
