Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Nest Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its El Paso plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
