Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Corner Medical Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around production lots clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
