Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Sparrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around El Paso. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around client sites clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling client sites. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
