Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Harbor Hospitality and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around supplier orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling supplier orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
