Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quill Foods Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Explain our services around sanitation schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling sanitation schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
