Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around client sites clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling client sites. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
