Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 824 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
