Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Detroit. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around payment disputes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling payment disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
