Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Hospitality and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
