Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Des Moines, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
