Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Nest Staffing Partners is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling timekeeping. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
