Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around meter readings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling meter readings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
