Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meadow Insurance and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
