Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Fern Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Des Moines presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
