Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
