Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Denver, CO)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Denver with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling card disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
