Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Union Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Dallas, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Explain our services around visitor services clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
