Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Dallas, TX)

Summit Forge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Dallas. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loads and lanes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
