Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Linden Farms is an agricultural business based around Dallas, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
